Trained in diverse chiropractic techniques, she offers tailored adjustments to suit each patient's needs. Her expertise extends to Neurofunctional acupuncture, enhancing the balance and healing of the nervous system.

Dr. Cruickshanks' passion for frequency medicine has led her to practice Frequency Specific Microcurrent, further expanding her range of holistic treatments.

Kirsten Joy

Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Kirsten, an acupuncture practitioner, is deeply interested in the holistic connection between body and environment. Her education in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from The Canadian College in Nova Scotia, combined with her passion for astrology and energy healing like Reiki, enables her to provide comprehensive care. She specializes in women's health and facial rejuvenation, committed to helping patients understand their bodies and achieve wellness through various healing modalities.

To enhance her treatments and further promote healing, Kirsten also incorporates tuning fork therapy into all of her sessions.

With over two decades of experience, Jill is a seasoned massage therapist specializing in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques. She has advanced training in managing Pelvic Pain, TMJ issues, Cervical and Thoracic conditions, and excels in Trigger Point Therapy and Chronic Pain management. Outside work, she cherishes her hobbies, socializing, and safe travels.

Josh is a multifaceted professional who can be found leading fitness classes and providing one-on-one personal training sessions. In addition, he plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our office. He assists clients in navigating our diverse facilities, including the Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Salt Therapy rooms, and ensures their comfort while using our NuCalm massage chair. Josh's dedication contributes significantly to our clinic's seamless service delivery.
